It seems to be tied to a Firefox business data analytics server, rather than the browser itself. The server is stated to have recently changed to HTTP3, and the Firefox browser is unable to connect to it. According to the company's Bugzilla website, it's then producing an endless loop problem.

How to get Firefox to load websites again
- Launch Firefox and a fresh, empty window.
- In the address bar, enter about: config and Press Return.

- Change the setting to false.
- Quit and restart Firefox.
