The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey comes to Apple TV+ on March 11
Apple TV+ has given a first look at "The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey" and revealed that the series will launch on the device on Friday, March 11.
Based on the best-selling book of the same name by Walter Mosley, the six-episode limited series is planned to begin on Apple TV+ with two episodes. Subsequent releases will premiere on the platform each Friday.
"The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey" stars Samuel L. Jackson as the eponymous Ptolemy Grey, an ill man forgotten by his family, by his friends, and by even himself.
From FluencyWhen they discover a cure that might restore Ptolemy's dementia-addled memories, it starts a journey toward frightening realities about the past, present, and future.
The program is written and executive produced by Mosley. It also includes Cynthia Kaye McWilliams, Damon Gupton, Marsha Stephanie Blake, Walton Goggins, and Omar Miller.
Alongside both Jackson and Mosley, Diane Houslin, Ramin Bahrani, Eli Selden, David Levine, and LaTanya Richardson also executive produce.
